Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180-200C
  2. Rub the jam, chilli flakes and salt over the salmon
  3. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until desired doneness
  4. If using fresh figs for garnish, heat a few spoons of fig jam in a saucepan and caramelise the fig pieces for a minute or 2 on each side.

  • 1/2 cup green fig jam + a little bit more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh figs in 1/4's for garnish (optional)
