Benefits of your Loyalty Card

  • For every full £1 spent in store earn 1 loyalty point.
  • Enjoy loyalty cardholder only discounts.

Earning points

Present your loyalty card or key fob at the checkout. If you are placing an order by phone, remember to quote your loyalty card number to earn your points. A minimum £1 spend is required in order to qualify for points. These points will be redeemable against subsequent purchases. Loyalty Cards with a discount facility do not accrue points. Loyalty Points are not transferable. Loyalty Cards may only be used by those named on the card and immediate family members.

Points value

Points may be redeemed for their cash value against shopping. Points accrued during a shop may only be redeemed on the following spend. The reimbursement value for points is 0.75%.

Point awards may be altered at the discretion of Kosher Kingdom.

Discounts

Loyalty Cardholders are eligible to our Monday 10% discount on the frozen, greengrocery* and wine departments, as well as specific Loyalty Cardholder promotions in store.

*Certain exclusions apply. Discount not applied to products already on Promotion and select low cost staple products.

Lost Card Replacement

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement. Your old card will be deactivated and points transferred to the new one.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my card?

Applications are processed within 7 days and your card will be posted to your registered address.

Can I earn points retroactively?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process points retroactively.

Can my family share one card?

Yes, family members can share one card account.

What if I lose my card?

A replacement card is available with your points preserved. Use the "Lost Card" tab in the form above to request a replacement.

Is there a loyalty card app?

Physical cards are required currently. App development is underway.

What items are excluded from points?

Points are not awarded for: Delightfully Fresh pre-checked vegetables and herbs, carrier bags, gift card purchases, and Round the Pound donations.
