Method

  1. Simmer carrots in the oil, sugar, salt and pepper for around 20mins on a low flame.
  2. Then pour in the honey, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes to glaze.

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white pepper
  • ½ cup honey
