Fig Salmon
Method
- Preheat oven to 180-200C
- Rub the jam, chilli flakes and salt over the salmon
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until desired doneness
- If using fresh figs for garnish, heat a few spoons of fig jam in a saucepan and caramelise the fig pieces for a minute or 2 on each side.

- 1 side of salmon
- 1/2 cup green fig jam + a little bit more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh figs in 1/4's for garnish (optional)
