This super-moist and delectable chocolate brownies recipe only needs one bowl! No need to clean additional kitchen supplies. It’s Kosher for Passover and gluten-free too.

The Gooeiest Ever Passover Brownies

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter (or margarine). Once melted, add half of the semi-sweet chocolate (4 oz.). Stir the mixture until combined then remove from heat.
  3. Add the sugars to the pot then mix until combined.
  4. Add the eggs then mix.
  5. Add the cocoa powder, coconut flour and a pinch of salt then mix.
  6. Add the remaining semi-sweet chocolate (4 oz.) then mix.
  7. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 7 x 10 inch baking pan then bake for 25 minutes
