Method
- Saute onion in olive oil until soft and starting to caramalise.
- Cut the meats into strips and add to the pan.
- Add in honey and season with salt and pepper. Keep tossing for about 10 minutes.

- 2 packets Frohwein’s salt beef
- 1 packet Frohwein’s roast lamb
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper
