  2. Wash, rinse and pat dry salmon.⁠
  3. Mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and rub on salmon.⁠

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⁠
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green stuffed olives, sliced⁠
