One Bowl Chocolate Cake
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 C
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add in the oil and hot water, mix until smooth, stir in 1 egg at a time.
- Pour into 9×13 cake tin or 24 cupcake cases
- Bake cake for 40 mins or cupcakes for 15mins

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water mixed with 2 tsp coffee
- 3 eggs
