Honey Apple Noodle Kugel

Honey Apple Noodle Kugel

Method

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and place in large bowl.
  2. Add margarine; mix well. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, honey, raisins, apples, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. Place noodle mixture in greased 9-inch square baking pan. Top with Crisp Topping and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until browned on top.
  5. Crisp Topping: Combine 1/3 cup bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; mix well. Drizzle 1/4 cup honey over mixture and stir until crumbs are coated. Makes 1/3 cup.

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 apples, coarsely grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
