Chocolate Chip Cookies

Method
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Cream the margarine, brown sugar and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
- With the mixer on low speed add in the cake meal, potato flour, vanilla pudding, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. Add in the vanilla and chocolate chips.
- Using a 2 tablespoon size cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly brown for a soft and chewy cookie. Bake 12-15 minutes for a crispy and crunchy cookie.

- 1 cup matzoh cake meal
- ¼ cup potato flour
- 1 pkt vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
