Caesar Salad
Method
- To make the croutons, preheat oven to 180 C. Cut sliced bread into bite size pieces, place on a baking tray and brush with olive oil mixed with the garlic, salt and pepper on both sides. Bake for 5 – 10 minutes until crispy. Set aside to cool.
- To assemble salad, roughly chop lettuce, top with the croutons and parmesan shavings. Blend all salad dressing ingredients together and drizzle on salad to desired amount.

- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan shavings

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
