Broccoli Quiche
Method
- Fry onion in the oil until very soft and translucent.
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Spread the onions at the bottom of the pie, top with the broccoli and then the cheese.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together till smooth, season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over the quiche. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until golden.

- 1 savoury pie crust
- 1 onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- Salt and pepper
