Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Whip cheese and sugars till creamy, add in the eggs and beat until smooth. Melt chocolate slowly to ensure it doesn’t burn, beat into the cheese mixture.
  3. Pour cheese mixture into pie crust, some of the mixture will be left over, keep this for later.
  4. Bake cheesecake for 45 minutes till set.
  5. Once cheesecake has completely cooled, top with chocolate balls using the leftover cheese mixture to keep them in place if necessary.

  • 500 g soft cheese
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (100g) bar white chocolate
  • 225 g chocolate balls

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
