Tomato Olive Dip
Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on a medium heat until very soft.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat for 30-40minutes.

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin sliced green olives
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed chilli flakes/chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
