Method

  1. Mix together the galic, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chili, add in the drumsticks and allow to marinade for 2 – 4 hours.
  2. Fry the drumsticks on all sides for about 15 minutes. Then remove from pan.
  3. Add marinade and the chopped chilis into the pan and reduce into a sauce, add the chicken back in and cook for a further 10 – 15 minutes until done.⁠
  4. Top with garnishes to serve⁠

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Onion finely diced
  • 1 chili, sliced (optional)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chili

Method
