Sticky Drummers
Method
- Mix together the galic, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chili, add in the drumsticks and allow to marinade for 2 – 4 hours.
- Fry the drumsticks on all sides for about 15 minutes. Then remove from pan.
- Add marinade and the chopped chilis into the pan and reduce into a sauce, add the chicken back in and cook for a further 10 – 15 minutes until done.
- Top with garnishes to serve

- 6 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 2 tsp ginger powder

- 1 chili, sliced (optional)
