Simple Shakshuka
Method
- Heat pan to medium heat
- Sauté garlic and peppers till soft.
- Add in tomatoes and spices. Mix and heat through till reduced into more of a paste.
- Make 3 wells and pour in the eggs.
- Cover and cook on low for approximately 5 minutes, until the white of the egg has cooked and the yolk is still runny.

- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
