- 1 block haloumi cheese – grated
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded emmental cheese
- 1 pack filo pastry or spring roll wrappers
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Cheese sauce:
- 1 small container cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Nutmeg
- Paprika
- Black pepper
