Cheese Burekas
Method
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients apart from the pastry
- Place a tablespoon of mixture in the centre of each pastry square, wet edges with a little water and fold over to create a triangle.
- Using a fork seal edges.
- Transfer to greaseproof paper lined tray.
- Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, zatar or whatever you like.

- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar
- 1/4 cup soft cheese/feta/ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley/thyme
- sprinkle of pepper
- Half roll of puff pastry cut into 15 small squares or 6 big
