Beef & Noodles Stir Fry
Method
- Boil noodles according to package instructions, rinse and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet to a medium high heat, add in the beef strips and toss for 3 or 4 minutes or till preferred doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the onion, garlic and carrots to the wok on a medium flame and toss for 1 – 2 minutes, then add in the rest of the vegetables for a further 3 minutes.
- Add the noodles and beef back into the wok, toss to mix, season with salt and pepper and the soy and sauce and vinegar. Toss for a further minute to allow the noodles and beef to heat through.

- 300 g fettuccine pasta noodles cooked per packet instructions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g beef strips
- 1 red, yellow and orange bell pepper all cut into strips
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 200 g sugar snaps, topped and tailed
- 100 g button mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Serve immediately (section_heading)
- ? Add in some chilly for an extra kick of flavour (tip)
