How can I get a loyalty card?
Apply for your card by filling out the form below. Your card will be sent in the post within 7 days.
Can I claim points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately, points cannot be added to your account after the transaction has been completed. Please remember to present your card at every visit.
What rewards are cardholders entitled to?

Is there a Loyalty Card app?
We are currently developing a digital loyalty experience. For now, a physical card is required at checkout. Stay tuned for updates!

Yes! Family members living at the same address can share a single loyalty card account.
I have lost my card. How can I get another one? Will I lose my accumulated points?
Don't worry — your points are safe. Visit our Lost Loyalty Card page to request a replacement. Your points balance will transfer to the new card.
