Potato Kugel
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Using a food processor, ‘S’ blade the eggs, onion, oil, salt and white pepper till onion has broken down. Transfer to a bowl.
- Using a fine grater, grate the potatoes, immediately mix into the egg mixture by hand till just mixed.
- Pour into tins and bake till browned, approximately 1 hour.

- 7 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
