Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- In an electric mixer beat the margarine and the sugars until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs.
- Gradually beat in the flour and baking powder. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using an ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, drop the batter onto a lined cookie sheet far apart as they spread a lot.
- Bake on 180 C for 13 minutes.

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs – room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 bag (255g) chocolate chips
