Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 180C⁠
  2. Mix mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together and coat the salmon cubes. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for 20 mins.⁠
  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil, dried rosemary and garlic for about 1-2 mins till fragrant. Add in gnocchi, season with salt and fry until golden, about 10 minutes.⁠

  • 4 fillets salmon, cubed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli
  • Crispy fried onions (Paskesz or Schneiders)
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • Salt
