Pan Fried Rosemary and Garlic Gnocchi with Crispy Sweet Chilli Salmon
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180C
- Mix mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together and coat the salmon cubes. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for 20 mins.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil, dried rosemary and garlic for about 1-2 mins till fragrant. Add in gnocchi, season with salt and fry until golden, about 10 minutes.

- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 500 g gnocchi
- Salt
