  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁠
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced⁠
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⁠
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green stuffed olives, sliced⁠
