Salmon à la Sicilienne
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 C
- Wash, rinse and pat dry salmon.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and rub on salmon.
- Top with the rest of ingredients.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes uncovered.

- Side of salmon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup green stuffed olives, sliced
