White Chocolate Ball Cheesecake
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Whip cheese and sugars till creamy, add in the eggs and beat until smooth. Melt chocolate slowly to ensure it doesn’t burn, beat into the cheese mixture.
- Pour cheese mixture into pie crust, some of the mixture will be left over, keep this for later.
- Bake cheesecake for 45 minutes till set.
- Once cheesecake has completely cooled, top with chocolate balls using the leftover cheese mixture to keep them in place if necessary.

- 500 g soft cheese
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (100g) bar white chocolate
- 225 g chocolate balls
