Balsamic Steak Salad
Method
- Grill corn on medium heat ensuring to turn so it becomes charred and tender on all sides. When cooled cut the corn off the cob.
- Season steak with salt and black pepper, grill until desired doneness, allow to rest for 5-6 minutes then slice.
- When assembled, toss slightly to combine and top with combined dressing
